The Lawn Canggu is proud to present the Canggu Surf Music & Short Film Fest coming up from the 23rd – 25th of August 2019, an exciting event that will offer up an engaging mix of classic twin fin surfing and short film competitions enhanced by great music, food and drinks in the globally renowned beachside community of Canggu, Bali.

The Classic Twin Fin competition has Men’s Open and Women’s Open divisions, with a fun and unique Beater Board Challenge that will run on Saturday and Sunday.  Don’t sweat it if you don’t have your own beater…they will be provided on the day.  Division winners will take home brand new boards from Channel Islands, so come and sign up at www.thelawncanggu.com/events/

The Short Film competition will start out the Saturday night festivities, with the winner getting a 10-day boat trip for two on the Bulan Baru, a Christenson surfboard and 10 million IDR in cash. To win those great prizes, you must follow these rules:  

1) All footage must be shot in Indonesia within the last 12 months
2) The edit must tell a story (no surf porn) 
3) Duration a maximum of 5 minutes 
4) Film submission must come with a 1 minute trailer
5) Entries close FRIDAY 16 AUGUST
