It was indeed a perfect competition day for the 8th Manila Surfers Cup presented by Quiksilver, Roxy, DC in cooperation with La Union Surf Club. Over a hundred competitors and spectators gathered in San Juan, La union, the surfing capital of the north to celebrate good vibes and friendly contest among Manila based surfers.
It was not just about surf competitions, the Manila Surfers Association also donated school supplies and computers to Quirino Elementary School in Bacnotan, La Union. MSA also donated a computer to the La Union Surf Club. This is in accordance to MSA’s campaign which is to help and spread the importance of education to various surf communities in the Philippines.
