BILLABONG LAUNCHES NEW CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM IN ASIA

INDONESIA – Billabong is proud to announce the launch of its newest membership program in Asia. Aptly named the Billabong TEAM Membership, this new customer loyalty program is a bigger, better and reinvigorated version of the brand’s previous offering to Asia – providing not just better rewards and services, but also a more inclusive status to its members.

Conceived as a gesture of customer appreciation, Billabong TEAM Members are entitled to a classic, serialised membership token upon sign-up, exclusive *loyalty rewards, premiums and privileges throughout all participating Billabong standalone stores in Asia, updates from the brand and more, as well as invitations to exclusive events. Participating countries in Asia include: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Dubai, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

In conjunction with the launch of this new programme, Billabong will be offering a 20% discount for all members from now till 17 March 2013.

The Billabong TEAM Membership launches 1 March 2013 in the following Billabong stores in Indonesia: Kuta Square, Legian, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Discovery Shopping Mall, Bintang, Central Park, Kota Kasablaka, and Alam Sutra.

*Loyalty Rewards will include: a 10% discount off regular-priced Billabong merchandise during every visit; and a 30% discount off regular-priced Billabong merchandise during birthday month.
