The forthcoming international surfing event at Cloud 9 in Siargao Island is now on! Get ready for the Siargao 18th International Surfing Cup this coming September 23 to 27, 2012 with a total prize money of US$10,000.
A tear drop shaped island, Siargao is considered to be the home of the best barreling waves in the country, Cloud 9, in the town of General Luna. This right-breaking reef wave is the site of some numerous international surfing competitions in the Philippines and was featured in Surfers Magazine and other international surfing magazines.
