Alexis Fernandez Champion of the 3rd Pacific Kaos Downhill Race Competition

September 1, 2012: The United Skateshop and Daet, Camarines Norte local rider Alexis Fernandez, Also known as “Scrapy Coco”  won the 3rd Pacific Chaos Downhill race competition in an amazing performance on a wet asphalt downhill pavement of the Bitukang Manok in Daet, Camarines Norte. The pride of Daet, Scrapy has been actively participating in downhill longboarding race around the Philippines. His skills was noticed during the 3rd Visayan Longboarding Trilogy and became a consistent podium placer in longboarding competitions that he joined.

I can’t explain the feeling“, says Alexis, ” Thank you to the United Skateshop who’s always there to support us”, he added. His determination to dominate his home town was such a fulfillment for this young and talented longboarder from Daet, Camarines Norte.

4th- SHERWIN UY (Laguna)

In the women’s division, Beatrice Macalino showed everyone that she’s matured enough to take on downhill racing into the next level. Beatrice bagged the championship crown in an amazing performance at the final hairpin of the race course. “Super stoked”, said Beatrice who surprised everyone by winning the women’s downhill race division.
