2012 Nike US Open of Surfing

Considered to be the woodstock of surfing, the 2012 Nike US Open of Surfing which will be held at the most revered surf spot in Huntington Beach, CA, will kick off this July 28, 2012 until August 5, 2012. Witness the gathering of all the best surf athletes in this awesome nine day celebration of music and action sports.

For skateboarding fans, the highly anticipated skate competition, Converse Coastal Carnage, a pro/am skate competition which consist of 40 of the world’s premier skateboarders will battle it out for the 2012 title. The skate competition is free for spectators and runs Friday, August 3 through Sunday, August 5.

Also, the Damn Am HB will be featured in the 2012 Nike US Open of Surfing. This is the first street skateboarding contest to hit the U.S. Open in years and will host the world’s most talented amateur skaters, who will all be vying for a spot at the prestigious Tampa Am.
