The Philippine Surfing Federation and the Municipality of General Luna in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte and the House of Representatives for the first district of Surigao del Norte presented the 14th Siargao National Surfing Cup. It was indeed an epic surfing competition highlighting the talent of Filipino surfers in ripping the waves of the world famous Cloud-9 in General Luna, Siargao island, Surigao del Norte.
