Sherwin Uy (Philippines) Ros Firdaus Roszali (Singapore) and Thiboult Curtois ( France).
This was a remarkable turn of events for the finals of the open division. Ros Fie’s competitors for the finals are well experienced racers, like T-Bone from France who has competed in international races such IGSA, and downhill race competition in the Philippines, Sherwin Uy from the Philippines who is considered as a top caliber rider and has won a lot of titles in local competitions in the Philippines. This just shows that downhill longboarding scene in Singapore is a sport that will surely to be watch out for in the coming years because of the dedication and passion for the sport of the Singaporean riders who evidently showed that they’ve got what it takes to become one of the best downhill longboarders in Asia. From Adi Wright, who became a champion in the Kilusan race in the Philippines and now, Ros Firdaus Roszali who carved his name in the history of being the first champion of downhill longboarding in Singapore organized by The Singapore Speed Movement.
