The success of the 1st ever Kilusan race will not be possible without this man, Peter Excel Figueroa. He has the heart of a leader, organizing the race and surpassing any challenges they faced during the planning and executing the event. A surfer and a longboarder, Excel was introduced to us by Pj Quipit during the Zambapalooza event last December 2010.
His passion for boardsports, surfing and longboarding, carved his way to open more opportunities to showcase the talents of his fellow board riders here in the Philippines and abroad by organizing the Kilusan downhill race. Unity once again shine upon to all the longboarders, skimboarders and surfers during the event. With the help of Paolo Soler and the rest of the team, the event was made possible. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience you have shared. The Angat Dagat/ Capt. Planet Camp was definitely a unique experience for us. To Peter Excel Figueroa, kudos to you brother!
